We are a chemical-free facility, and use only non-toxic products. Due to the sensitivity and allergies of some clients, please refrain from wearing perfumes or scented products when visiting our facility.
Because of the effects of chemicals on our environment and on our health, we have chosen to maintain our facility using only non-toxic and environmentally-friendly cleaners, and pure, essential oils. Some of our clients and patients have extreme chemical sensitivities and travel to our facility from quite a distance because of our policy. For your own health and for the enjoyment of all our guests, please refrain from using commercial perfumes, colognes, and scented personal-care products. If you are a guest who is sensitive even to pure, medical-grade essential oils, please advise the front desk staff when booking your appointment or class so that we can plan your schedule around aromatherapeutic appointments and/ or events that may be scheduled at our facility.

Cancellation Policy for Naturopathic Medical Appointments and Advanced-Practice Bodywork
Your appointment is important. Realize that Dr Dana has made a commitment to you to guarantee your appointment and has turned away all other requests for that time. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be kind enough to do so, a minimum of 24 hours in advance. More notice is appreciated whenever possible to accommodate other patients that may be waiting for an appointment. Please note that it is Dr Dana’s policy that last minute cancellations and missed appointments are paid for in full, with the only exception being a true and verifiable emergency.
Custom Therapeutic Massage
Your business is valued and your cooperation is appreciated. We are making a commitment to you to guarantee your appointment time and refusing all other requests once you have reserved that appointment. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for any scheduled appointments including gift certificate sessions. Missed or no-show appointments will result in your being charged the full amount of the session booked, unless the appointment can be filled. Depending on our booking schedule, late appointments may not receive the full session time allotted for the treatment service booked; full payment is required. In the case of a client emergency, the charge will be left to the therapist’s discretion.
Infrared Sauna Sessions

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for any scheduled sauna appointments including gift certificate sessions. PLEASE NOTE: Missed or no-show appointments will result in your being charged the full amount of the session booked, unless the appointment can be filled; in the case of sauna services purchased via voucher, a $15 missed/cancellation fee is charged when we are given less than 24 hours notice of a cancellation. Depending on our booking schedule, late appointments may not receive the full session time allotted for the treatment service booked; full payment is required. In the case of a client emergency, the charge will be left to the center's discretion.
